For several years, we exclusively served local clients, believing that the effectiveness of our programs wouldn't translate to a virtual format.

Fortunately, persistent requests from parents encouraged us to explore virtual sessions. We quickly discovered that these sessions were not only equally effective but, in some cases, even more so due to the nature of our methods.

Sessions are 30 minutes to an hour long.

While we uniquely combine Life coaching and counseling, they only scratch the surface of what we do.

Yet, it is essential to know the difference between counseling and Life Coaching depending on what you are looking for.

Counseling (also known as psychotherapy, therapy, or “talk therapy”) is similar to coaching in some ways.

Both use evidence-based techniques and intentional dialogue as the primary tools for growth and discovery, but there are also crucial differences between these services:

Coaching focuses primarily on the present and future, while therapy focuses on the past.

Coaching is focused on personal growth and professional development and putting it into an actionable plan with accountability, while therapy is designed to help you work through more profound issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, or trauma.

We are trained and certified in both of these techniques and combine them into our process along with many other effective modalities.

Of course, everyone is different, and this is not a race. The 'race' mindset is often a deeply rooted blockage that prevents many from living in the present and unlocking their full mental, physical, and spiritual potential.

However, many people see immediate results as soon as they have the first few sessions.
